So I see these steak buffets across the country because I drive a truck for a living and I’m always afraid to try it. I always think well just how good could the food be in a steak buffet because it’s all about value. Today I took a 34 hour break and this steak buffet was next door to the motel I was staying at so I tried it. It blew me away. The food was really good. The waitresses fantastic and it definitely had a Hometown country feel. So if you ever get a chance to stop by here do it, it’s worth it.

I don't even know where to start besides saying, "Just go, and you will see." We eat all over the US at buffets from Vegas to California to Tennessee and beyond, and this is hands down the best buffet that we have ever encountered. The fried chicken was moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside, the desserts were home made and delicious, the broccoli salad was the best and most fresh that I have ever had, the salad bar veggies were very fresh also. The bbq pulled pork was great, and the bbq ribs fell off the bone. The coleslaw and potato salad were great as well. The monkey bread dessert was better than Cinnabon. A buffet of this quality for under $12 is truly unbelievable. Our waitress Cindy was so sweet. She was exceptionally attentive and kept our drinks continuously full. Everyone who worked there was friendly, and they constantly have people clean as it is spotless everywhere. This place is truly a testament to true southern cooking and a hidden gem in Kentucky and the US.

Their food is packed with flavor! It felt like I was eating a soul food Sunday dinner. They keep all of the food freshly stocked on the buffet. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. They work together perfectly as a team. I know that the owners/management must be proud.

A wonderful experience. Friendly helpful staff, clean restraunt and food areas. Many selections in each area. Management stopped by our table to chat. 40 years of business at this location. We had never been here before and will return to try out the sirloin option offered as part of the buffet after 4 pm. Very reasonable cost. Free coffee offered as we ate, which was a lovely touch. A bread roll was brought to the table at the beginning of our meal for each of us, along with additional plates. They do offer various steak options Instead of the buffet.

Food was delicious, we went on a weeknight. It was $11.55 each I believe children are $8 something and under 4 was free for buffet. The buffet was loaded, steak, chicken, pulled pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, macaroni and cheese, broccoli and cheese sauce, spaghetti, fish, corn bread, oh my so much more I can't recall. There was a salad bar loaded with anything you could want, a desert bar, with ice cream, vanilla, chocolate or mixed, strawberry topping or chocolate, cakes, pies, cookies, plenty. Plus the waitress kept us in delicious fresh rolls. The meal and atmosphere was amazing. I would definitely go again and would highly recommend. It is a little costly, for a family of 4 it was almost $50, but the food was amazing and our waitress was on top of everything. If you're in the area stop in and give them a try. Also has different kinds of soups you can give a try, or if your in the mood for something different maybe a burger and fry you can simply order that instead of the buffet.

I mean its Kentuckys version of golden corral. I feel they could of had more of a selection of food on the buffet. But Honestly the fried chicken was better than the Colonels and it bairs the name Kentucky. They got going for them. On a real note the staff was a bit uptight I felt. Maybe it was because we smelled like big orange country. Who knows it also could of been they were tard seeing how it twas Saturday at 6:15 pm. Dinner rush ya know! Give em shot they didn't do to bad recon! Remember im fat n sassy and the places I like aren't to classy!
